
Jerome Gotkin
JEROME GOTKIN is a senior attorney focused on business litigation. He has represented parties throughout the nation in a great variety of disputes, many of them landmark cases. He has successfully mediated disputes involving close or family corporations, private and public partnerships, real estate, corporate governance, contracts, diversion of corporate opportunities, federal and state securities-related matters and antitrust issues.
Mr. Gotkin has been a member of Mintz, Levin, Cohen, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo P.C., one of American Lawyer's top 100 firms, for the past 14 years. He was previously a litigator at other recognized law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell. He has handled hundreds of settlements and dozens of mediations of business-related disputes.

Mr. Gotkin received his A.B. from New York University and his LL.B. from Columbia University Law School, where he was both a Stone and a Kent Scholar. He has also spoken at meetings and seminars around the country on various procedural and other law-related issues.
