ROBERT LEWIS was the co-founder of Jackson Lewis, a national law firm engaged exclusively in the practice of labor and employment law, from which he is now retired. Mr. Lewis understands the motivation of employers in resolving discrimination claims, and is sensitive to the factors plaintiffs and their counsel consider in mediation.
